Yoga is for everyone––all body types, all genders, all ages, all races. The physical strength, flexibility and endurance of a yoga practice enhances our mental, emotional and spiritual lives, creating a more balanced and peaceful existence. It can provide a healing, therapeutic experience when practiced with mindfulness. It can cultivate self awareness. It can train us to be equanimous. It can help us develop patience. It can strengthen our ability to focus and concentrate. It can help us develop into the people we were put here to be and guide us to living a purpose-driven life.
This is what I've experienced in my own life and this is why I teach.

STUDIO CLASSES

Friday @ 10am @ Life Time Fitness
This class is a mixture of flow and long held standing postures. It's a nice pace for beginners with options for modifications but still a challenging practice for those who've been around the yoga block. Private Sessions
I am currently accepting private clients. If you're just getting started or working through an injury or you'd like to focus on a specific area or goal, this could be perfect for you.
