About the event
Fall is a beautiful time of year, especially in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Join Lauren Vogel and Terri Sellers for 5 days and 4 nights of Yoga, hiking, waterfall exploration, talks on the philosophy of Yoga and group activities.
What's Included?
- 4 nights/5 days at the High Hampton Resort (a five hour drive from Birmingham, AL and recently featured in Southern Living Magazine!)
- Two yoga practices a day with Lauren Vogel & Terri Sellers
- Breakfast & Lunch every day
- Group activities - hikes, waterfall exploration, shopping, game night
- Talks on the philosophy of Yoga
- Arm Balance Workshop with Lauren

What's the Cost?
Room All To Yourself - $1,120
This includes sales tax, a service charge so you don't have to tip during your stay, everything listed above and a 3% online charge fee (to avoid this fee you can mail a check instead, contact Lauren via the button below for that option).
A Room To Share with a Friend or Partner - $755

What's Not Included?
- Dinners - Why?? In the past, retreat goers have opted to leave the resort for dinner and explore the many amazing restaurants in the area. So in order to keep the retreat cost down, dinner is not included this time. You can still eat dinner at the resort but you will have to pay separately from your retreat fee.
- Drinks - There is a tavern on site where you can purchase drinks before or after dinner. Those are on you.
- Spa Services - Yes there is a spa! Yay! But if you want a massage, or facial or pedicure you will need to make an appointment by calling the spa. Spa charges are on you.
- Other activities - The resort offers golf, tennis and boating. Those extra activities are additional costs. They can be arranged with the concierge. These extra activities are on you.
Because of the rules of High Hampton Resort no cancellations are available after your spot is reserved.
